Pricing — frequently asked questions

Do I need to pay before I know if it works?
No. Every account starts with a free 1 GB key on one device. You upgrade to Solo or Extra Key only after the connection holds up on your network in China. No card is needed for the free key.
What's the difference between Solo and Extra Key?
Solo is a 5-device subscription on standard routes for $9/mo. Extra Key adds another 5-device key on top of an existing Solo plan, on priority routing, peaking at 500+ Mbps. If you live alone with a phone and a laptop, Solo is enough. Extra Key is for shared households, road warriors, or anyone who needs the faster routes.
Can I get a refund if it doesn't work for me?
Yes. Within 7 days of any payment you can request a full refund by emailing support@it-crp.com or by clicking "Request refund" on your billing page. One line is enough — no questions asked. The refund lands on your original payment method within 2 business days.
How do I pay if I'm inside mainland China?
Card payments go through WATA (international cards). Crypto payments go through Cryptomus (USDT, BTC, others). Both checkouts load from inside mainland China without a workaround. We do not store payment credentials on our side.
Do I need a phone number or a Chinese ID?
No. Email only. No phone number, no Chinese ID, no government document of any kind.
Is the price monthly or annual?
Listed prices are monthly. Solo and Extra Key renew monthly until you pause or cancel. Annual plans with a discount are available on request — email support@it-crp.com if you want to lock in 12 months at a lower per-month rate.
