Public offer for access to software and computing infrastructure · 404 BRAND FZCO · United Arab Emirates, Dubai · Effective February 18, 2026

These Terms and Conditions form a public offer by 404 BRAND FZCO, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, Dubai ("IT CRP", "we", "us", "our"), to any person who creates an account, uses the website, obtains a free key, or purchases a subscription ("Customer", "User", "you").

By creating an account, using the Service, or paying for a subscription through it-crp.com, you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

1.1. Service means the IT CRP software, website, dashboard, subscription links, configuration data, routing infrastructure, support channels, and related technical systems that help a user encrypt and route traffic through their own internet connection.

1.2. Subscription means a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for the paid or free period shown in the interface.

1.3. Plan means the price, period, device limit, traffic limit, and other conditions displayed before purchase or activation.

1.4. Account means the website account identified by your email address.

1.5. Configuration Data means keys, subscription URLs, credentials, connection parameters, QR codes, and any other data needed to connect to the Service.

2. What IT CRP Provides

2.1. We provide access to software and computing infrastructure for encrypted routing of network traffic. We do not provide internet access itself and we are not your internet service provider, telecom operator, mobile carrier, or local network administrator.

2.2. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Network conditions, local filtering rules, internet providers, captive portals, device settings, and third-party platforms may affect performance.

2.3. You are responsible for having a working internet connection, compatible device, compatible client app, and lawful ability to use services of this type in the place where you are located.

2.4. We may modify protocols, routing, server locations, subscription formats, apps we recommend, and other technical details when needed to maintain or improve the Service.

3. Account Registration

3.1. You must provide a valid email address and keep access to it. Your email is used for sign-in, account recovery, support, key delivery, and operational notices.

3.2. You must keep your password and Configuration Data confidential. You are responsible for activity under your Account unless the activity was caused by our security failure.

3.3. We may refuse registration, limit free trials, or require additional verification where we reasonably suspect abuse, automated signups, disposable email use, self-referral abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

3.4. The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction if higher.

4. Free Key and Paid Plans

4.1. We may offer a free key, free traffic allowance, or other trial access. Trial terms, traffic limits, expiration, supported devices, and availability are shown in the product interface and may change over time.

4.2. A free key is intended for testing whether the Service works on your current network. It is not a guarantee of unlimited access or permanent availability.

4.3. Paid plan features, device limits, traffic terms, prices, billing periods, and renewal conditions are shown before purchase. If a page conflicts with the checkout page, the checkout page controls for that purchase.

5. Payments and Billing

5.1. Paid subscriptions are charged in the amount and currency shown at checkout. Some payment providers may display local currency conversion, network fees, card fees, or other payment-specific details.

5.2. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes. Card and payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers.

5.3. If recurring billing is enabled for a plan, you authorize the payment provider to charge the renewal amount at the end of the current paid period unless you cancel renewal before the next charge.

5.4. You can stop using the Service at any time. Unless a refund applies under Section 10, access normally remains active until the end of the paid period.

5.5. We may change pricing for future purchases or renewals. Changes do not retroactively affect a period you have already paid for.

6. Availability and Support

6.1. We use reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and to maintain routes that work under difficult network conditions, including hotel, university, and public Wi-Fi networks.

6.2. Availability may be affected by maintenance, data-center incidents, upstream providers, local network restrictions, government or ISP filtering, third-party platform rules, payment-provider downtime, or force majeure events.

6.3. Support is available through the channels shown on the website, including support@it-crp.com. Support scope is limited to account access, payment questions, setup help, and Service-related troubleshooting.

7. Acceptable Use

7.1. You must use the Service lawfully and must comply with the laws that apply to you, including the laws of your location, citizenship, and any location from which you access the Service.

7.2. You must not use the Service for spam, phishing, fraud, carding, credential stuffing, malware, botnets, DDoS attacks, unauthorized scanning, unauthorized access, exploitation of vulnerabilities, harassment, threats, terrorism, extremist activity, copyright infringement, or other illegal activity.

7.3. You must not resell, rent, publish, share, or commercially redistribute Configuration Data unless we have given written permission. Device limits apply as shown in your plan.

7.4. You must not interfere with the Service, attempt to bypass device limits, attack our infrastructure, overload servers, or abuse free trials, referrals, refunds, or promotions.

8. Suspension and Termination

8.1. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we reasonably believe that you breached these Terms, created security risk, abused a trial or referral program, used fraudulent payment details, triggered abuse complaints, or created legal or operational risk for the Service.

8.2. If access is suspended for investigation, we may ask you for information reasonably needed to resolve the issue.

8.3. If access is terminated for breach of these Terms, payments are not refundable except where required by mandatory law.

9. Limits of Liability

9.1. We are not responsible for your local internet provider, local Wi-Fi network, device settings, third-party apps, payment providers, app stores, government filtering, platform bans, or restrictions imposed by services you access through the internet.

9.2. We do not guarantee access to any specific website, app, streaming service, financial service, social network, or third-party platform. Those services may change their own policies, filters, or geo-restrictions.

9.3. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data, business interruption, reputational harm, or consequential losses.

9.4. Our total liability for claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us for the most recent paid month of your subscription, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

10. Seven-Day Money-Back Guarantee

10.1. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for the first paid subscription purchase made through it-crp.com. If the Service does not solve your problem or you simply decide not to keep it, email support@it-crp.com within seven calendar days after payment and request a full refund.

10.2. During this seven-day window, you do not need to prove a technical fault. A short message is enough. We may ask basic account or payment-identification questions only to locate the transaction and prevent fraud.

10.3. Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method where possible. Timing depends on the payment provider, card network, bank, or crypto/payment rail used for the original transaction.

10.4. The guarantee does not apply where we reasonably determine that the account was used for abuse, illegal activity, resale, self-referral fraud, chargeback abuse, trial abuse, or another material breach of these Terms.

10.5. After the seven-day guarantee period, refunds are handled at our discretion unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Renewal payments, extra keys, and add-ons are not automatically refundable unless the checkout page states otherwise or support confirms otherwise in writing.

11. Privacy and No-Logs Position

11.1. We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11.2. We do not store the content of your traffic, the websites you visit, DNS queries as browsing history, or messages you send through third-party services. Limited technical and account data may be processed for account operation, billing, abuse prevention, infrastructure security, and troubleshooting as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Force Majeure

12.1. We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including data-center incidents, upstream network outages, large-scale filtering, acts of authorities, war, civil unrest, natural disasters, payment-provider failures, third-party platform outages, or other infrastructure failures.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

13.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with Dubai as the relevant jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

13.2. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@it-crp.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. We aim to respond within a reasonable time, and no later than 30 calendar days where practicable.

13.3. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be submitted to the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory law requires another forum.

14. Changes to These Terms

14.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on it-crp.com.

14.2. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms are published means you accept the updated Terms. If a material change affects an already-paid period, we will use reasonable efforts to avoid materially reducing the core value of that period.

14.3. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
